Job Summary:

As an Outside Sales Executive, POS, you鈥檒l be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing sales of Genius庐 and related Global Payments technology solutions to small and mid-sized merchants across restaurant, retail, and service industries.

You鈥檒l manage the full sales cycle鈥攆rom lead generation and outreach to conducting in-person and virtual product demos and finalizing contracts鈥攚ithin a fast-moving, high-energy environment. You鈥檒l collaborate closely with your District Manager and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from leadership to help you succeed.

Your mission: help business owners modernize their operations, improve customer experiences, and drive growth through innovative POS and payment technology.

What You鈥檒l Do:

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Sell Genius庐 and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually to demonstrate how Genius庐 helps businesses streamline payments, improve operations, and increase customer loyalty.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, follow-ups, and client communications.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Stay current on the fintech landscape, industry trends, and product updates to position yourself as a trusted technology advisor.

What You Bring:

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills鈥攃omfortable selling both face-to-face and virtually.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 High energy, self-motivated, and competitive鈥攄riven to exceed targets.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Valid driver鈥檚 license and ability to spend at least 75% of your time in the field.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications:

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be 18 years or older.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must live within the geographic area of the posting.

Compensation:

Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $152,000+聽

Base Salary: $50,000聽

Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build.聽

Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly incentives for surpassing quota and achieving stretch goals.

Your total compensation depends on your performance, skills, and territory鈥攜our success is in your hands.

Annual Range: $90,000-$152,000
