Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our Cincinnati team.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure campaigns are organized, effectively executed, and aligned with client objectives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to develop practical skills in marketing, promotions, brand representation, campaign coordination, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Support promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Help coordinate campaign materials, schedules, and daily marketing activities.
• Represent client brands professionally and consistently during promotional initiatives.
• Communicate with customers and provide clear information about products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance objectives.
• Assist in tracking campaign activity, customer feedback, and promotional results.
• Maintain organized records and ensure marketing materials are prepared and available when needed.
• Participate in team meetings, campaign briefings, and training sessions.
• Contribute ideas to improve campaign execution and customer engagement.
