What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll guide customers through the full sales experience—from the moment they walk through the door to the final purchase.

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive first impression.
• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand each customer's needs.
• Recommend products and services based on customer preferences.
• Learn our telecommunications products and confidently explain their features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process from start to finish.
• Answer questions and help resolve customer concerns.
• Build positive relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Work with your teammates to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Keep the sales floor organized, welcoming, and customer-ready.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Salary + Commission

Expected earnings are approximately $700–$1,300 per week, depending on performance.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed. We're looking for people who are motivated, coachable, and enjoy working with customers.

You'll be a strong fit if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Are authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable personal transportation.
• Communicate clearly and confidently.
• Enjoy meeting and helping new people.
• Are comfortable learning new products and technology.
• Have a positive, professional attitude.
• Are motivated by goals and performance.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Are eager to build your sales and customer service skills.

Previous retail, sales, customer service, or telecommunications experience is a plus, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
