We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated PTA to join our rehab team in Cincinnati, where you'll empower older adults to stay strong, independent, and living their best lives. Whether you're helping someone recover mobility or guiding them back to their favorite daily routine, your work here truly matters.

$1,500 Sign on Bonus! 

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

• Team up with the Physical Therapist to bring treatment plans to life

• Deliver one-on-one care with creativity, heart, and purpose

• Keep documentation on point and productivity solid

• Be part of an interdisciplinary team that values collaboration and compassion

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Active state license

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

• Bonus points for experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab—but we love great attitudes just as much as experience!
