Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
• Able to effectively perform and prioritize multiple functions or tasks as needed
• Able to read and interpret instructions related to patient care
• Must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant by the state in which you are applying
• Must have at least one-year clinical experience
• Must be able to travel to prospective patient's place of residence
