Workforce Strategy & Planning Manager

Responsible for developing and executing strategic workforce plans that align talent supply with business demand. This role serves as a bridge with HR, Retail Operations, Finance, and business leaders to ensure workforce capabilities support organizational agility, growth and competitiveness.
