About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about relationship-building and mission-driven work? Xavier University seeks a dynamic advancement professional to join the Office of University Advancement, a team dedicated to engaging alumni, parents, and friends in meaningful ways that advance the University’s Jesuit, Catholic mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal portfolio of annual giving prospects and complete 150+ meaningful contacts per year.

  • Solicit and renew annual gifts to expand and strengthen Xavier’s donor community.

  • Attend University events to identify, cultivate, and steward new prospects.

  • Collaborate with Alumni Relations and University Engagement teams on chapter-based fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of professional experience—ideally in fundraising, sales, or relationship management.

  • Exceptional communication skills, initiative, and a goal-driven mindset.
