Custodial CoordinatorJob Description:
- Monitors, controls and manages business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Perform janitorial duties
- Perform Hazardous Waste responsibilities including collecting, classifying, sorting, storing, shipping and receiving, labeling, cleaning, recycling, packaging of special and hazardous waste.
- Operate motorized cleaning equipment
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment and work under pressure while managing multiple issues
- Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Assists managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
- Builds and maintains strong customer relationship through regular meetings and communications.
- Evaluates current operational performance and provides strategic plan for improvements.
- Provides direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
- Identifies problems in operations process and resolves them in quickly and timely manner.
- Maintains clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes
- High school diploma / GED , Associate’s degree preferred
- Two to three years of experience as an operations coordinator or similar role
- Experience in the customer service field is a preferred
- Required to have a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
- Basic bookkeeping skills
Non-Game Days: 7:30AM - 4:00AM
Game Days: Varied Hours based on Game Times
Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
