Commercial Service Technician-Cincinnati

Become a trusted advisor to commercial customers by helping prevent equipment failures and keeping kitchens running at their best. In this role, you’ll service a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment while working independently and building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment, including refrigeration, cooking, beverage, and dish machines
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagrams and schematics
• Deliver reliable, customer-focused service across restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial facilities

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of technical experience (refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or military)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends)
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally
• No immigration sponsorship available

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform frequent kneeling, bending, and reaching
• Comfortable working with electrical components, pressurized systems, open flames, and heated surfaces
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in varying environmental conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training or certifications (EPA, CFESA, etc.)
• Experience with commercial refrigeration or cooking equipment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
