Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health issues.
Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
Facilitate workshops and educational sessions on mental wellness.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the counseling field.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
Valid state licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.) to practice counseling.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with diverse populations and varying mental health issues.
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a client-focused approach.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
