Position Summary

Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a CNC Facilities Technician for our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The CNC Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing CNC machinery equipment between our two facilities located a few miles apart. 

*This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service on CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, multi-axis machines, and associated support systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues specific to CNC equipment.
  • Clean and maintain machine components, including removing and reinstalling parts as needed for service and repair.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical failures, worn parts, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs for all CNC equipment.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify machine performance issues and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to schedule downtime for service without disrupting operations.
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with ISO, OSHA, and GMP standards.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of CNC maintenance experience required.
  • Extensive knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, OSHA, DOT, and other safety regulations and rules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as electrical and mechanical schematics, part manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
  • Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building, and equipment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
