Job Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Circle Pines, MN 55014

Pay Rate: $50.00/hr

Join a team where your work makes a difference every day. We are seeking a dedicated, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students' growth and success at our location in Circle Pines, MN. This is a full-time opening with elementary students.

What youll do:

Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments to identify student communication needs
Develop and implement individualized speech-language treatment plans aligned with student goals
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development, accommodations, and progress monitoring
Maintain accurate documentation, compliance records, progress reports, and service logs
Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that fosters communication growth

What youll need:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and appropriate school-based credentials, if required
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working in a school setting preferred
Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation requirements, and student-centered service delivery
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
