As an Admissions/Sales Representative, you won’t just be filling seats — you’ll be changing lives. You’ll guide prospective students through one of the most important decisions they’ll ever make: investing in themselves, their education, and their career.
NCE is looking for Admissions Representatives who are passionate about changing lives through education and who bring both heart and discipline to their work. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, focused, and driven, and who finds purpose in helping students take courageous first steps toward a better future. In this position, you will be a guide, an advocate, and often the very first person who helps a student see a path forward.

Your Mission

Serve as a trusted guide for prospective students as they explore educational and career opportunities
Create meaningful, supportive conversations that help students clarify their goals and overcome barriers
Educate and empower students to make informed decisions about their future
Support students through the enrollment process with integrity, transparency, and care
Stay organized and focused while managing multiple student journeys with consistency and follow-through
Collaborate with campus teams to ensure students feel welcomed, supported, and valued from day one

Requirements

High school diploma required.

Associate or higher-level educational credentials preferred.

Sales experience not required, but preferred.
