We are currently hiring Event Assistants and Brand Representatives to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in live events, and building professional experience in event coordination, public engagement, and client representation.
No prior experience is required — full training and mentorship are provided.
Position Overview
As an Event Assistant & Brand Representative, you will help support community events and outreach activities by representing partner organizations, engaging with event attendees, and assisting with event coordination. You will play an important role in ensuring each event runs smoothly while helping build awareness for the organizations and initiatives we represent.
This position offers hands-on experience and clear opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of community events
Represent partner organizations in a professional and friendly manner
Interact with event attendees to share information and answer questions
Help distribute informational materials and event resources
Support the team with event logistics and organization
Work closely with team members to ensure events run efficiently
Gather attendee feedback and observations to support future events
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing and comfortable interacting with the public
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in fast-paced event environments
Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability
Adaptable and able to handle changing event needs
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events is helpful but not required.
