POSITION SUMMARY

To perform this job successfully, the Cooking Operator is responsible for the operation of cooking to ensure the production schedule and sanitation requirement are fulfilled.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate PLC system on 6000L and manual cook in 3000L to control the raw material duping, mixing and cooking process.
Collect hot samples for QC lab testing.
Perform adjustment in cooking tanks according to QC instruction.
Record cooking and sanitation parameter.
Perform CIP cleaning.
Work with Processing, Filling and Sanitation Team to fulfill production schedule and sanitation requirement.
Report processing issue to Production Supervisor.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent education; and minimum of three months forklift operating experience in warehouse environment and with effective forklift certificate.
Ability to speak, read, writes, and comprehends simple English. Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Industry forklift certificate is a must.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
