Yard Jockey, Night Shift

The Yard Jockey drives box trucks from parking spaces to docks and docks to parking spaces.

You will work from 6 pm to 2:30 am, Sunday through Thursday; some overtime is required.

You will:

• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles on premises, from 26' bobtails
• Transport empty trucks and loaded trucks
• Inspect vehicles before and after moving
• Report damage
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks
• Assist in the warehouse
• Pick up and drop off trucks from vendors
• Collaborate with coworkers

You have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Clear MVR
• A valid commercial driver’s license
• 1+ years of recent Class C delivery driver experience
• Route delivery experience (a plus)
• Manual pallet jack and hand truck experience (a plus)
• Lift gate experience (a plus)
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• Ability to work in any weather condition, as most work is completed outdoors
