What you bring to the table:

• You are 18 years of age or older

What you will be doing:

• Being a part of the process to produce high quality breads and rolls for customers in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska
• Operating equipment and/or performing functions necessary in the fresh bread making process.
• Order Select the bread to be shipped to the stores with accuracy
• Follow company procedures while participating in safety and culture
• Perform all job duties with honesty and integrity

SKILLS, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Ability to reach and lift product, ingredient, equipment weighing up to approximately 55 lbs. with an average bucket weight of 40 lbs. and tray weight of 22 lbs.
• Manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance are required. Ability to stand, walk, and move rapidly for entire work shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently.
• Ability to do repetitious arm movements above and below shoulder level required for production and selection of product.
• Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.
• Ability to learn proper selection and inventory procedures.
• Exposure to ambient temperatures (hot and cold environment).
• Union environment requires flexibility to work day or night shifts, weekends or holidays and split shifts as scheduled with notice.
• Must be available for fulltime work with no restrictions

Pay Transparency

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation Pay or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays, bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
