Monitor transportation costs, negotiate contracts with carriers, and manage vendor relationships. Track shipment progress and resolve any issues that arise during transportation. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards. Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Qualifications and Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in transport logistics, preferably within the food distribution or manufacturing industry.
