Pay Rate: $1720 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 40-hour work week (Includes Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Schedule:Â Â 40Â hours/week guaranteed, 5 X 8-hr shifts, EOW, Holiday coverage as required, No call
- Recent/Current LVN/LPN experience (recent within 6 months): 3 years - Required
- LTC experience – Required
- IV Certification - Preferred (Required upon offer during onboarding)
- Must be willing to float - RequiredÂ
- Rural/small facility experience – Highly Preferred
- Covid Vaccination Required, Declinations/Exemptions not accepted at this facility
- Prior travel or contract assignment experience – Preferrred
- Traveler must have their own reliable transportation - Ride share or public transportation not available at this locationÂ
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- LPN/LVN License for State of NH or compact - Required
- BLS Certifications from AHAÂ - Required
- IV Certification – Preferred
Job Description:
- Observe each resident on a continuing basis alert to changes in mental and physical well-being; notifies the Supervisor of pertinent observations and discusses the need to notify physician; and receive Resident Status Report from off-going shift and give on-coming shift a detailed report of each resident’s status and events of the shift.
- Accurately receive, transcribe, and carry out physician’s orders.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and make proper documentation via a computerized system of MARs/TARs and electronic documentation. Order and maintain all pharmaceuticals for the units.
- Supervise LNAs in accordance with licensing requirements under the New Hampshire Board of Nursing. Assign and measure nursing staff resident care consistent with abilities, job description and scope of practice and supervise the care given; and assist direct-care staff with nursing care as necessary and as time allows.
