What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism
- Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally
- Collect and document data accurately
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
- Adapt to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
- Work across home, school, and clinic settings
What We’re Looking For:
- A heart for helping children and families

- Motivation to learn and grow
- Reliability and strong follow‑through
- Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans
- Prior ABA experience (preferred, not required)
- Degree in psychology, education, or related field (a plus)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Schedule in Claremont, CA:Â
- Morning shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 03:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM- 7:00 PM
