Get to Know Your Team:Ā 

  • Hillcrest Hospital Claremore offers a variety of services for all ages and in a location convenient for Claremore, Oklahoma residents. The hospital is 49-bed acute care medical center, offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including maternity, cardiology, emergency, orthopedics, alcohol withdrawal stabilization, gastroenterology and surgery.
  • Operate all routine radiographic equipment safely and proficiently to ensure high-quality imaging services.Ā 
  • Ensure excellence in imaging quality and patient positioning to consistently achieve outstanding scan results.
  • Coordinate patient prepping and scanning to maximize smooth patient flow.
  • Must be able to start an IV line to administer contrast fluid.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions.
  • Communicate with compassion, providing clear explanations of MRI procedures while attentively observing patients to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
  • Evaluate MR images for technical quality, exposure, and transmit to PACS.

Job Requirements

  • Technical or Associate’s radiography degreeĀ 
  • Must be registered or registry eligible with the ARRT
    • If registry eligible upon hire, you must become registered within one year of employment
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements

  • 1-year of MRI Tech experience
  • Advanced certification in MRI
