About the Role:
Heritage Hills Golf Course in Claremore, OK is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Pro Shop Attendant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a golf lover to be at the heart of the action, providing exceptional service to golfers of all skill levels. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist golfers upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional experience
- Process tee time reservations, check-ins, and payments accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Merchandise and maintain pro shop inventory, including apparel, equipment, and accessories
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding course conditions, rates, and availability
- Coordinate cart assignments and ensure proper staging and readiness for golfers
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the pro shop
- Support golf outings, tournaments, and special events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of and passion for golf is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a team-first attitude
