What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes in a safe, sanitary manner

  • Review menus and diet orders to determine types and quantities of food needed

  • Prepare trays for residents with special dietary needs as directed by Health Services

  • Assist the Dining Services Director in supervising dining staff to ensure quality service

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
