This role provides clinical supervision, coordinates resident care services, supports staff development, responds to resident and family concerns, and helps ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support to nursing staff across the campus Ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to clinical standards Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapy, social services, and other departments Assist with staffing adjustments and shift coverage needs Investigate and document resident and employee incidents as required Monitor infection prevention practices and regulatory compliance Support staff coaching, education, performance management, and professional development Assist with change in condition management and resident care planning Promote a positive, resident-centered culture focused on dignity, safety, and quality outcomes Serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, and team members QualificationsQualifications Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Graduate of an accredited LPN program Prior long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork
