Job DetailsJob Location: Brothers Of Mercy Sacred Heart Home - Clarence, NY 14031Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $16.00 - $17.00 HourlyJob Shift: Any 4pm - 7:30pm  PT including weekends As a Care Partner Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with meal service, ensuring dining areas are clean and organized, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will support housekeeping duties such as maintaining tidy living spaces and ensuring a sanitary environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a compassionate approach to enhancing the daily lives of those who live and work here.     What You'll Do  Clean resident rooms, common areas, and facilities in line with hygiene standards  Assist with meal preparation, service, and dining room setup/cleanup  Support residents during mealtimes with courteous service  Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, and pantry areas  Wash dishes, launder linens, and manage waste disposal  Monitor and report maintenance, safety, or resident concerns  Follow infection control, safety, and PPE protocols  Work collaboratively with team members and adapt to changing needs    Qualifications What You'll Need High school diploma preferred  Ability to work well in a team and independently  Good communication and organizational skills  Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs  Must be at least 18 years old    What We’re Looking For  Attention to detail and strong time management  Positive attitude and customer-service mindset  Commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful environment
