Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime, as needed

Compensation & Earning Potential

  • Starting Pay: $22.10/hour
    • $20.09/hour base rate + $2.01/hour for 3 hazards and 1 qualification
  • Earn an additional $0.50/hour for each additional machine qualification learned
  • $30 Weekly Attendance Bonus
  • Up to $200 Monthly KPI Performance Bonus

Requirements

 

As a Production Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality materials while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up machinery according to production specifications
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and identify maintenance needs
  • Monitor production efficiency and quality standards
  • Perform quality inspections and document production data
  • Enter material usage and production information into SAP
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
