Our Clark location is part of our Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. Our Clark facility is unique in the sense they have two buildings. The North building has a fruitier smell to it, the teams in that building are producing natural flavoring and essential oils. The South building is the complete opposite, it will have savory and garlic smells because the team is producing seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy.Ā

Key responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operator, youāre the backbone of our dock operations loading, unloading, and moving freight safely, quickly, and accurately. Every pallet you touch helps keep production running smoothly and customers on schedule. Youāll handle product with care, follow all site and safety procedures, and keep the dock organized and compliant with GMP standards.
Shift 3rd shift 1030pm-630am, Monday to Friday, some Saturday's and overtime.Ā
What Youāll Do
ā¢āāPick orders/ Load and unload inbound and outbound freight safely and on time.
ā¢āāVerify shipping documents and freight details against bills of lading (BOL).
ā¢āāProcess transactions in SAP (Post Goods Issue, inbound deliveries) using RF scanners.
ā¢āāInspect all loads for accuracy, damage, and compliance - report any issues immediately.
ā¢āāMove, stage, and rotate inventory to maintain organization and support production needs.
ā¢āāKeep your dock area clean, safe, and in top condition every shift.
ā¢āāFollow GMP, sanitation, and Allergen Control procedures as required.
ā¢āāSupport your team by jumping in on additional dock or housekeeping tasks when needed.

What You Bring
ā¢āāStrong attention to detail and accuracy ā you notice when somethingās off.
ā¢āāCertified (or ready to certify) in forklift or powered industrial truck operation.
ā¢āāComfortable with RF scanners and basic systems ā SAP experience preferred.
ā¢āāSolid safety awareness and track record of safe operating behavior.
ā¢āāClear communication skills with teammates, drivers, and supervisors.
ā¢āāReliable time management to keep up with shifting dock schedules.
ā¢āāPhysical ability to lift up to 55 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in warehouse conditions.
Qualifications and skills
Qualifications Required
ā¢āāHigh School Diploma or GED.
ā¢āāForklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
ā¢āāBasic computer and math skills; able to read, write, and speak English.
ā¢āāUnderstanding of HazMat handling procedures (ideal but not required ā Prior experience is an advantage)
Preferred
ā¢āā3+ year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving operations.
ā¢āāPrior experience with SAP ECC or similar inventory systems.
ā¢āāFamiliarity with GMP or allergen-controlled environments.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on, fast-paced dock role in a manufacturing environment with exposure to raw materials and varying temperatures.
We supply all required PPE and hold safety to the highest standard - because at the end of the day, everyone goes home safe.

Compensation Information
The pay range for this position is $16 - $29 per hour.Ā Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role.Ā Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.Ā The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.Ā Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.Ā This job posting is anticipated to expire on 6/30/2026.
