ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities listed in a satisfactory manner:
路 Maintains and develops positive relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant
路 Develops an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
路 Reviews logistics performance with customers against targets, benchmarks and service agreements.
路 Develops and implements technical project management tools such as plans, schedules, and responsibility and compliance matrices.
路 Directs team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources.
路 Assists in preparing / briefing mission requirements and logistics operations activities to the Support Organization leadership and government personnel as required.
路 Assists in projecting manpower utilization based upon workload and makes recommendations to project management staff concerning personnel actions.

The requirements identified below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required to satisfactorily meet the expectations of this job:
路 Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
路 Knowledge of management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
路 Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
路 Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
路 Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
路 The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
路 The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
路 The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

路 Must able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance.
