Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Clarkston, MI is seeing a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to make a lasting impact on young learners and their families. In this role, you will collaborate with the Lead Teacher to create a safe and developmentally appropriate and engaging classroom environment utilizing the High Scope curriculum.

Position Detail:

Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15am-5:15pm
Pay range: $14.50-$20.50/hour (rate based on years of experience in early childhood education plus licensing credential, CDA or degree in the field)
Please note: This position does not qualify for US Visa sponsorship or relocation

Must have full time availability and reliable transportation
Must be at least 18 years of age
CPR Certification is required but can be completed within 30 days of hire
Prior experience in early childhood education in a classroom or as a private nanny (preferred)
Have a Child Development Associate credential (CDA) or working towards a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
Ability to pass a Background Screening (fingerprinting)
