As the first point of contact for our homeowners, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by scheduling appointments, answering questions, coordinating service requests, and supporting our technicians through the ServiceTitan platform. What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with both customers and teammates. You remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and take pride in providing exceptional service.

Pay:
$18.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location: In-Office/ Doraville

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC or Plumbing Customer Service Representative experience required
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch software preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems
• Knowledge of local geography and scheduling logistics is a plus
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments while maximizing technician efficiency.
• Complete a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to follow up on leads, schedule maintenance, and provide exceptional customer care.
• Create and manage customer accounts, memberships, and daily tasks within ServiceTitan.
• Assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and the inside sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Process payments and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
