PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while providing outstanding customer service. Schedule

Full-Time
Shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
On-call rotation
One Saturday every 8 weeks

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
Service water heaters and indoor air quality products.
Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
Complete invoices and service documentation accurately.
Meet performance goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience (HVAC schooling required).
EPA Certification required.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, IAQ products, ERVs, dehumidifiers, and HEPA systems.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and a company vehicle.
