Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at Chick-fil-A Nanuet. You'll work directly alongside Owner/Operator Ellie Kim and the Executive Director to help build one of the strongest leadership teams in the region.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced operations, enjoys coaching and developing others, and leads by example. You won't be managing from an office. You'll be working alongside your team during busy meal periods, solving operational challenges in real time, and helping develop future leaders.
The ideal candidate is someone who values accountability, humility, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We're looking for a leader who is motivated by building people, strengthening culture, and making a long-term impact on the business.

Your Impact

  • Lead Front of House, Back of House, and Drive-Thru operations during high-volume shifts
  • Coach, develop, and mentor leaders and team members through regular feedback and accountability
  • Create a positive, high-performance culture centered on teamwork and servant leadership
  • Drive operational excellence through hands-on leadership and execution
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and daily operational performance
  • Ensure exceptional food safety, quality, cleanliness, and guest experience standards
  • Analyze operational performance and implement solutions that improve restaurant results
  • Help identify and develop future leaders within the restaurant
  • Partner closely with the Owner/Operator and Executive Director to strengthen the leadership team and support the restaurant's continued growth

Background Profile

  • 3+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or operations leadership experience
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to influence performance metrics and execute through others
  • Proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working a hands-on leadership schedule, including opening, closing, and peak business periods
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Demonstrates humility, integrity, accountability, and a genuine passion for developing people
