Job Title: Front Desk Concierge (Hostess)
Job Summary:
Greet Customers with a warm smile and a handshake. Our job is to provide a soft touch with a warm greeting. We speak to customers with a sure voice but with refinement, elegance, and class. Keep it professional.Â

Essential Duties:
- When you greet a customer shake their hand and introduce yourself.Â
- Once you get their name, give it to the person behind the desk.Â
- If you are behind the desk, fill out the up card, log it in the book, and give it to the standing concierge to deliver it to the Sales Manager.
- If you are behind the desk, answer the telephone, fill out up cards, and log up cards in the white log book. Â Call the salesperson requested.Â
- If you are behind the desk, prep tags and make deal folders. Â Â
- If you are behind the desk, watch the computer screen for lot activity.
- Greeter and desk person will switch every hour!Â

Educational Requirements:Â
High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
