Inside Sales Coordinator
Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to support our Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams. This position is responsible for coordinating customer orders, vendor purchases, quotations, project support, and daily administrative operations while providing exceptional customer service.
Working directly with the Project Accountant, Accounts Payable, and Sales Team, you will help streamline vendor invoices, customer invoicing, purchasing, and order management while ensuring projects and customer requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotations based on customer needs and project requirements.
- Process customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders using QuickBooks.
- Coordinate the complete order lifecycle from quote through shipment and delivery.
- Work directly with the Project Accountant, Accounts Payable, and Sales team to streamline vendor invoices and customer invoicing.
- Assist with administrative tasks supporting Sales, Accounting, and Operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
- Identify the correct machine parts and screens using engineering drawings and blueprints (training provided as needed).
- Troubleshoot customer and vendor parts inquiries to ensure accurate product selection.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and lead times.
- Track shipments and communicate order status and tracking information to customers.
- Maintain pricing, customer information, sales tax settings, and product records within QuickBooks.
- Coordinate logistics between customers, vendors, freight carriers, and internal departments.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and operational coordination.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, office administration, sales support, operations, purchasing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Basic accounting knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Previous sales or sales support experience is a plus.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
