Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Deliver orthopedic treatment interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide hands-on care with a focus on movement, strength, and return to function.
Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
Document care efficiently and communicate clearly with supervising PTs.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications
Who You Are
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible) in the state of TN.
Experience or strong interest in adult orthopedic rehabilitation.
Patient-focused, dependable, and team-oriented.
Comfortable building rapport and motivating patients through recovery.
Eager to grow clinically and contribute to a supportive workplace.
