• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

• Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care

• Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes

Compensation: $26 - $32/hr. inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
