Clarksville Veterinary Clinic is a three-doctor practice with a well-established support staff dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and compassionate client service. For more than 25 years, we have proudly served Southside Virginia and our lake community with high-quality veterinary medicine ranging from preventive care to internal medicine and advanced orthopedic surgery.
We are currently seeking a full-time Client Service Representative / Technician Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This position is ideal for someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and wants the opportunity to grow within veterinary medicine through cross-training and hands-on experience.

Client Service Representative Duties
- Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival
- Manage multiple phone lines and schedule appointments efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Assist clients with questions, products, and general information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and team members
Technician Assistant Duties
- Assist with animal handling and patient restraint
- Support veterinarians and technicians during patient care activities
- Assist with kennel duties and patient comfort care
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital and treatment areas
- Support daily hospital workflow and patient care needs
- Assist with basic animal husbandry and patient monitoring
What Our Team Members Bring
- Previous customer service, veterinary, or animal care experience preferred
- Background in animal husbandry, veterinary care, or front desk reception is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for pets, clients, and coworkers
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced veterinary environment
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
