Site Technician

Peregrine Team is hiring Site Technicians in Claude, TX.
This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity offering full benefits and competitive pay.

As a Site Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting specialized cleaning projects within data center and electrical construction environments. This role involves detailed cleaning of equipment and units prior to power activation and requires strong attention to detail.

$19/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and detail electrical cabinets, switchgear units, and associated components prior to power activation
• Remove debris such as wire shavings, dust, fingerprints, and residue from copper and internal components
• Vacuum and wipe subfloors and surrounding work areas
• Clean outside surfaces of cabinets and equipment
• Floor surface vacuuming and mopping (vinyl and HPL floors)
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and hardware as needed
• Clean windows, glass allotments, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions
• Work in construction or technical environments while following safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
• Willingness to submit to substance screening
• Must have reliable transportation
• Comfortable with confined spaces (limited work at heights)
• Valid government-issued ID

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual
• Knowledge of data centers, electrical systems, or construction sites
• Experience as a Cleaner or Janitor in industrial or technical settings
• OSHA 10 Certification
