Position Summary
Prioritize and complete all warehousing activities relating to shipping, receiving, and kitting such as receiving, inventory, kitting and shipping. Enter transactions into the inventory control system (Epicor), adhere to procedures, and communicate issues to management. Actively participate in problem resolution as issues arise pertaining to warehouse activities.

Responsibilities
- Receive products and components into the warehouse.
- Kit parts from inventory to fulfill manufacturing job shortages.
- Assign warehouse locations for incoming inventory.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of shipping supplies.
- Process packing slips based on customer PO requirements.
- Process shipment packaging according to customer requirements.
- Package and ship products to customers and external processors.
- Enter transactions into the inventory control system accurately.
- Monitor inventory supply levels for reordering.
- Perform cycle counting.
- Follow established policies and procedures - seek guidance and direction as necessary to perform duties
- Demonstrate good judgment in investigating and resolving problems
- Keep supervisor informed of issues that may affect the completion of assigned duties.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazardous conditions.
- Approach all tasks with a bias for action and a sense of ownership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, and have strong communication skills.
- Must be dependable, a self-starter requiring little or no supervision, and able to work independently or on a team.
- Inventory control system and government packaging experience a plus

- Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require frequent walking primarily on a level surface. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to move materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires pushing/pulling maximum force of 150 lbs. Â
- The primary environment of this position is the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection, and proper footwear.
