This role ensures operational efficiency, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports Echelon’s business objectives through expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting practices.   Contract Vehicle, Subcontractor & SAM.gov Administration: Track task orders, modifications, and contract ceiling utilization, coordinating with Program and Project Managers for accuracy. Oversee invoice processes and monitor project actuals against planned budgets Manage contract vehicle administration, including GWACs, IDIQs, and BPAs, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and federal standards. Oversee subcontractor administration, including vendor onboarding, agreement reviews, performance tracking, and compliance monitoring including Sub-K, Teaming Agreeme3nt, NDA, and all binding agreements. Manage and maintain SAM.gov registrations and updates, ensuring accurate profiles and reporting. Federal Contracting & Compliance Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with federal contracting officers to manage inquiries, modifications, and compliance issues relative to matters associated with contract details Collaborate with Program and Project Managers to confirm achievement of contract deliverables and appropriate contract closeout. Ensure submission of required contract documentation, certifications, and compliance reports. Program Management Office (PMO) Oversight: Direct PMO operations, overseeing project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking across programs. Monitor program performance and provide status updates to senior leadership. Facilitate collaboration across departments to achieve project and contractual objectives. Administrative Operations & Process Improvement: Manage corporate administrative functions, including invoicing, records management, and compliance tracking. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure accurate internal reporting and documentation of corporate activities. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct research on market trends and competitors to inform business strategy. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications Contract Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in federal contracting environments with a focus on subcontractor and contract vehicle administration. Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS). Experience managing SAM.gov profiles and federal reporting requirements. Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
