Job Summary

This role serves as a senior investment strategy leader who collaborates with executive leadership to execute strategic manager research initiatives while managing a team of strategy analysts and serving as the firm's primary communicator on public market investment strategy. The position combines thought leadership responsibilities with subject matter expertise, supporting Partner teams and clients with complex investment solutions while overseeing content production and educational materials. The role emphasizes cross-departmental collaboration and process innovation to enhance scalability, service excellence, and the overall client experience across Moneta's investment platform.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Partner-ledteams as an extension of their advisory group,deliveringinvestment analysis, solutions, reporting, consulting, andtimelyresources to support client service delivery.
  • Regularly represent the Moneta Investment team in client and prospect meetings, delivering commentary on economic conditions, market trends, investment managers, and Moneta's investment approach.
  • Support advisors and clients with sophisticated investment scenarios, providing personalized, tax-efficient portfolio construction and transition advice including asset allocation, tax minimization, andoptimalinvestment strategies.
  • Manage Moneta's asset allocation philosophy and process, including capital market assumptions, while contributing to the maintenance of model portfolios and preferred implementation recommendations.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of recommended investment strategies and effectively communicate these approaches to Partner teams and end clients through various channels.
  • Consistently provide regular internal and external content to keep advisors and clients informed on market developments, investment topics, and educational materials.
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing Investment Department workflows to achieve greater scalability, meet evolving client demands, and improve product offerings to advisor teams.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on product offerings and the firm's ability to deliver personalized client solutions.
  • Partner with senior staff to implement best practices in analysis, processes, and technology while championing innovations that enhance service excellence and elevate Partner team and client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related concentrationrequired
  • Minimum 7 years of investment industry experience, withdemonstratedexpertisein investment strategy and asset allocation
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred
  • Experience with Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct preferred
  • Prior experience in a wealth management or RIA environment serving high net worth clients preferred
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff
  • Proficiencyin quantitative analysis and portfolio risk assessment
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office applications.
  • Mustbe authorized towork in the United States
