You’re a great fit for this role if you love…

• Keeping dish machines, sinks, and workstations clean, organized, and operating efficiently. 
• Ensuring all dishes, utensils, cookware, and service items are washed, sanitized, and ready for use. 
• Supporting chefs, cooks, bartenders, and banquet staff by anticipating needs and staying ahead of the rush. 
• Maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas, storage rooms, trash stations, and stewarding spaces. Jumping in wherever needed—whether that means running racks, restocking items, breaking down banquet setups, or helping solve the tiny tornadoes that come with a busy service day. 
• Following safety and sanitation procedures to protect guests and team members. 
• Communicating equipment issues, supply shortages, and operational needs clearly and quickly.

 Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, push, pull, and move throughout the shift.
•  Ability to work in kitchen areas, dish rooms, storage spaces, and back-of-house environments. 
• Ability to lift, carry, or move items such as racks, trays, cookware, trash, and cleaning equipment. 
• Ability to use dish machines, cleaning products, and sanitation equipment safely and according to procedures. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
