Foreman – Large Loss Department (Construction & Restoration)

If so, Boone Restoration is looking for an experienced Foreman to join our Large Loss Department and help lead the successful completion of residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction projects.

Purpose

As a Foreman in our Large Loss Department, you'll lead daily field operations on complex restoration and construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your crew while coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The role combines jobsite leadership with active field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside field crews on restoration and reconstruction projects
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities with the Project Manager
• Supervise subcontractors and maintain productive, organized jobsites
• Perform skilled construction work as needed to keep projects moving
• Ensure projects meet Boone Restoration's quality and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and team members
• Manage materials, tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Help train and mentor crew members while leading by example

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Construction or restoration experience required; 4+ years preferred 
• Previous foreman, lead carpenter, or crew leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to read project scopes, plans, and schedules
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality workmanship
