What will you be doing?

Manage Inventory & Production Planning: Create and manage style/color-level buy plans across multiple manufacturing plants
Support Demand Planning & S&OP Processes: Provide analytical support for the consensus demand planning process
Drive Supply Chain Performance: Analyze production delays, negotiate solutions, and communicate impacts to key stakeholders
Collaborate Across Global Teams: Participate in factory planning meetings to address capacity and constraint issues
Effective Communication: Changes, risks, and recommendations to support informed business decisions

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
2+ years of experience in inventory planning, business planning, supply chain, or related analytical roles preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience with SAP, IBP, and/or Power BI is a plus
