About the Role:

The Assembler/Packer plays a critical role in the manufacturing and distribution process by ensuring that products are accurately assembled and securely packed for shipment. This position requires attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards and prevent defects or damages. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient production workflows by following assembly instructions and packing protocols. This role supports overall operational goals by meeting daily production targets and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Ultimately, the Assembler/Packer helps deliver finished goods that meet customer expectations for quality and timeliness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or packing roles within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or production tracking software.
• Ability to operate standard hand tools and packaging equipment.
