Titan Pro is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to support accurate payment processing, customer account maintenance, collections support, and financial recordkeeping. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving account questions, and providing professional service to both customers and internal teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

·        Process and apply customer payments accurately and timely. 

·        Maintain customer account records and payment information. 

·        Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies. 

·        Monitor aging reports and assist with collections activities. 

·        Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account balances. 

·        Generate account statements and reports as needed. 

·        Support month-end and year-end accounts receivable activities. 

·        Follow company accounting procedures, internal controls, and confidentiality standards. 

Required Qualifications 

·        High school diploma or equivalent. 

·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. 

·        Strong communication and customer service skills. 

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. 

Preferred Qualifications 

·        Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 

·        Two or more years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, accounting, or finance experience. 

·        Experience with ERP systems and accounting software. 

·        Experience in agricultural manufacturing, distribution, dealer networks, or related industries is a plus.
