Anodic Operator Level 1 - Day Shift (BW)

DEPARTMENT:                Anodic (Anodizing)

JOB TITLE:                        Operator Level 1

REPORTS TO:                   Department Manager with direction from Team Captain

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS:    Week 1 – Thursday through Saturday
                                              Week 2 – Wednesday through Saturday
                                              6 a.m. – 6 p.m.

WAGE:                                 $17/hr.

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Anodic team.  

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

•    Prepare and process aluminum extrusions per documented customer specifications.
•    Assist in monitoring tank liquid levels.
•    Monitor material placement prior to beginning anodizing process to prevent material damage or waste.
•    Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:

•    Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads
•    Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
•    Attention to detail and accurately process the order according to customer specifications.
•    Maintain excellent attendance
•    Ability to work with little to no supervision
•    Able to work overtime, as needed
