NXT Property Management is hiring an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee operations for three multifamily communities in Clearfield, UT. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75,000-$80,000 annually (DOE)
Bonus potential: Monthly & quarterly

Schedule & Location

On-site position
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Clearfield, UT

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across three multifamily communities
Lead, train, and support leasing and maintenance teams
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and property performance
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and customer service
Oversee leasing activity, tours, and prospect follow-up
Manage resident files, contracts, invoices, and documentation
Coordinate maintenance workflows and ensure timely completion of work orders

Qualifications

1+ year of multifamily property management experience (multi-site preferred)
1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and performance metrics
Lease-up experience preferred
Proficiency with Yardi required
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
