Job Summary:
In this role you will support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. You will be tasked to perform highly diversified duties revolving around the production of Lifetime's products. A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team are required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities could include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
- Handles and cuts hot plastic
- Visually inspects finished product before it goes to the internal customer
- Logs product rejects
- Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capacity
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen
- Great communicator with a positive attitude
- Great degree of common sense
- Problem solving and decision making abilities
- Self-motivated
- Team player
Requirements:
- Must be a current temporary employee working at Lifetime Products through a staffing agency in Plastics Production
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties which include repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
- Be able to stand for 8 hours
- Follow directions and be aware of surroundings
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work overtime on Saturdays as needed
- Six months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, familiarity with Lifetime Plastics product line.
