As an Advanced Engineering Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will provide critical technical support to engineering teams, helping to solve complex engineering challenges and ensuring the successful development and implementation of advanced engineering projects. 

 

 

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of any Honeywell Aero location on a hybrid work schedule.

Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

 

This position will require you to work West Coast hours. 

 

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering operations by delivering expert support, facilitating problem resolution, and contributing to the advancement of engineering solutions that drive Honeywell’s innovation and product excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure full compliance with export regulations, including the proper use of export licenses when exporting technical documentation.
  • Create and maintain Master Parts List (MPL), Document Information Records (DIR), and other configuration management data. Provide hands-on technical support to Repair shops globally using SAP — including analyzing technical documents, troubleshooting issues, managing databases and command media, and delivering on-the-job training.
  • Conduct document control reviews of engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform analysis and coordinate updates of serial number profiles to maintain accurate tracking.
  • Offer frequent communication and support to internal clients across global sites.
  • Provide project management support and execution for SAP transitions, SAP deployments, enhancements, and other initiatives.
  • Project Management Support and execution for cost reduction and engineering productivity projects including repair development, technology, and automation.

Travel within the US and/or internationally may be required (approximately 10%).
